Peter Alessandria on crisis, synchronicity, spirit guides, and remembering who we really are.

What happens when a devastating life crisis becomes the doorway to an entirely new reality?
In this episode of Connecting with Coincidence, Bernard Beitman, MD speaks with Peter Alessandria, a filmmaker, photographer, author, TEDx speaker, and former entertainment attorney whose life was transformed by crisis, synchronicity, and inner guidance.
After losing his successful legal career during the 2008 financial collapse, Peter expected the Universe to reward his leap into creativity. Instead, he faced years of rejection, self-doubt, and silence.
Everything began to change only after he looked inward and confronted the hidden beliefs that were sabotaging him from within. As Peter describes it, the outer world shifted when his inner world began to change.
Bernard and Peter explore how meaningful coincidences, spiritual seeking, personal loss, and encounters with near-death experiencers gradually shaped the creation of Peter’s documentary, Every Soul Knows: The Joy of Remembering Who We Really Are.
The conversation moves through spirit guides, intuition, grief, the afterlife, and the deeper purpose of human life. Peter shares how synchronicities helped guide him forward, not by removing hardship, but by inviting him to become more open, more honest, and more aligned with who he truly is.
This is a moving conversation about crisis, identity, creativity, and the mysterious forces that may help guide us through transformation.
